The Premier Group can definitely help you if you own property or if you manage properties. We have the tools, equipment and skilled labor available to remodel, maintain and manage your existing property or completely develop and construct your design/ build project.

We use standard estimating and pricing techniques on each new build or remodel project so that you can ensure that your project won’t break the bank. Our maintenance and management team can offer you economical prices on based on our weekly routine or premium maintenance services based on your schedule.

Our process starts with an introductory meeting to talk about your original idea. If you agree with our standards and our terms we move forward with the estimating. The estimation process takes two – three weeks and gives us the opportunity to get a comprehensive list of labor and materials prices.

Your going to have some ability to select the project manager that works best with your communication style but after your selection you’ll be connected ap the hip until your completely satisfied with the finished product.

Quality control is the sole responsibility of your project manager. They are tasked with inspecting all critical phases of your project. The PM controls the labor, materials and the execution of the project and will absolutely relay every detail about your project to you even if that requires that we put a live camera on every angle of the project.

With the technology that we employ to manage the success of your project it is as easy to manage the project remotely as it is to manage it by living in the structure while we work on it for you.

Most of our projects are for existing homes in snowmass village. Right now we have a pop top garage being converted into a fitness and art studio, a backyard living space conversion that is completely transformed the outdoor living space to be more user friendly for all four seasons, and a deck rebuild that we took over from a terminated builder. We have a car wash/ commercial build project that we are taking from blueprints to beautiful. We have weekly commercial and residential rentals that we manage as well as snow shoveling clients who are counting on us to show up whenever it snows 1.5 inches or more.

The Premier Group has four divisions. Property Management, Landworks, Buildworks, and Concierge. We have four separate divisions because of the abilities of our staff. Our skilled labor is unmatched and shame on us if we didn’t use them all to their full potential. Excavation contractors are land development contractors. We build roads, retaining walls, water features, burms, ditches, ponds, basements, and house holes.

Bathroom Remodeling – Your home is your refuge and your retreat. The bathroom is where you recover, refresh and renew your body from the rigors of the day. A bathroom is more than just a room for a shit, shave and a shower. A bathroom can turn a bad day into a good one with a simple soak in the tub. General Contractors in the roaring fork valley are limited and therefore in high demand based on the population growth in the area. The demand or competent contractors is high and the majority of general contractors aren’t able to accept new projects because of their lack of administrative staff and business structure. The General Contractors at the Premier Group can confidently handle up to six builworks projects at once.

We have a minimum of three team members assigned to every project to ensure that all projects are completed swiftly while also paying close attention to the safety and security of each job.

Our landworks schedule is roughly six months out. Our New Build que is four months out and our concierge and property management services are available to you immediately.

To get the process started you should have a rough idea of the size and scope of what you want. When your clear on what you want the next step is to call one of our project managers to talk about it, get your questions answered and schedule a walk through.

We use buildertrend for our new build and general contracting/ remodeling projects and we use Harvest for our property management software. These project management tools allow us to upload daily progress photos and keep track of every detail of your project.

The Premier Group employs 25 – 60 full time and seasonal employees.

A concierge is a person or a company that is available to help you in your day-to-day life. Their services can range from planning and booking your family holidays to making restaurant reservations or getting you access to special events. Some concierge companies also provide financial services.

Property management is the daily oversight of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate by a third-party contractor. Generally, property managers take responsibility for day-to-day repairs and ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep of properties. They usually work for the owners of investment properties such as apartment and condominium complexes, private home communities, shopping centers, and industrial parks. Their main roles are to manage routine tasks delegated to them by the owners and to preserve the value of the properties they manage while generating income.

Backhoe rentals – The Premier Group owens and operates the two most popular backhoes. The 600 model and the 1600 model are rentable by the day and the ½ day and because of our insurance we can let you book them with an operator. The operator and the equipment is fully insured and we will deliver and remove the equipment for you.

The Kitchen is the beating heart of most residential structures and it’s easily the one room that has the most character. With the most appliances, plumbing and electrical work the kitchen has the most value per square inch. When it comes to the increased equity in a home the kitchen remodel is the best investment.

Basement Remodeling – Space in the roaring fork valley is at a premium and a basement remodel can quickly double your livable square footage. Basements are the least expensive remodeling project per square foot.
